Can anyone help, I am trying to cancel a bolt on which renews next month. Everything says do it in MyO2 but I have nothing showing the means to cancel it, only to add on more bolt ons. Can anyone therefore direct me to where on the MyO2 page I can find a cancellation request? I tried calling 202 but as it is not an urgent query, the call disconnected by them.
Thanks

Which bolt on?
Some don't recurr monthly and data bolt ons carry over for one month only.
You will need to call to cancel any bolt on though.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Thank you. The travel one where you get to use your phone abroad without incurring silly charges. Looks like I will be charged for it from next month.

No need to cancel @GWarrior . If you don't use it you won't be charged for it being on your account. I have the O2 Travel Bolt on and haven't been abroad for 4 years.
Edited to add, if you want to remove it you can opt out at any time by texting NOTRAVEL to 23336 or you can remove the O2 Travel Bolt On via My O2

O2 have messaged me to say I will be charged from 21st November so thought it was odd, given it should only be charged when used. So I'd rather still cancel to ensure I don't get charged.

That's most strange as you won't be charged if not used, but I would call anyway to see why they think they should be charging you.

Yes, I know that, which was why I was pointing it out.
