Tried purchasing an Apple Watch a few times and keep getting the *oops that didn’t work* when I come to the end stage of the order, I’m currently a pay monthly phone customer. Tried getting through to customer service but with no luck and being passed around in circles, anyone any idea why I keep getting this message?? Maybe the ordering facility is down online because of the ongoing covid issues?

There's always the chance the system may be glitching. Occasionally does. I would leave it until tomorrow and try again.

If it's not working then you should give customer services a call.

Possibly try a different browser too, Edge or IE seem to give less issues.

Still having issues purchasing an Apple Watch online, maybe it’s due to the o2 stores being closed, same error message comes up right at the end, tried on phone and desktop pc IE, phoning customer services at the moment seems like a pointless task.
