Is there a tariff where I can just pay for what I use. The big bundle seems to be another monthly contract, but not a contract and I do not use all the allowances so I then run out of service each time the month runs out. I want to be able to top up when my money has run out.

These are the payg tariffs...O2 do have Big Talker also

http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo

There is a basic tariff...supposedly only by invite but if you ring 4445 you could  ask to be put on the Basic and see if this is allowed

You can also look at o2's sister company which also offers a basic payg option www.giffgaff.com
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
