Pay & Go Voice Mail Help

Hiya,

Apologies if this question has been asked before, if the answer is actually very simple or both, but I am having a little issue that I'm hoping any of you could help me out with?

I have an iPhone 4S that I am using with an O2 Pay & Go account, so whenever I put credit on, it gets converted into texts, call time and internet data. At the moment, the "My O2" app is showing that I have 94 minutes of call time left, yet whenever I try to call my Voice Mail, I keep on getting redirected to the top-up service?

I am currently out of work and applying for jobs, so if anyone knows a resolution, I'd really appreciate it.

That doesn't sound right, try calling them, all contact details are in "Contact us" at the foot of the page.

I am not an iPhone user but have read somewhere that you need to set up a pin code for voicemail on the 4S?

Voicemail isn't included on some payg tariffs and needs actual credit to access it.

Yes unfortunately voicemail in isn't included.  You can access it though from a landline b switching off the mobile and calling your number.  You will need to have set up a pin and the default is 8705.
