Good Afternoon,
Has anyone else received a text from O2 today regarding "Changes to Prices / Tariff on Pay as you Go" called O2 (2202) as suggested. The message regarding these changes only plays once ! & then never again.....also a further text with more info gives an invalid link i.e www.o2.co.uk/pricing/f
Has anyone else got the details or even the correct link on O2 website please ?
Thanks,
Paulo

Ridiculous some of those increases but monthly out of allowance charges are horrendous too.

My son is on O2 PAYG. He has always had free O2 to O2 mobile calls. Nothing mentioned about that in the link given?
Edited to add... these calls were always free when I was in Spain and he was in UK (when he called me).

I got the text message and it looks like o2 are hitting payg users to recoup lost revenue from the roaming cash machine.
Funnily enough I had a call from O2 last week, the guy went on to say we've noticed a lot of users moving to other providers and was wondering if there was anything we could do for you in case you were also thinking of moving. I said no because I rarely use the number, mainly because the reception at my home address has gone to sh*t ever since telefonica planned to sell out.
With competition offering 1.5 gb data, 1000mins, 5000txt for £5 a month and includes roaming then I think the best plan of action for O2 is to get with the times

@jonsie Looks like a bit more of an even playing field payg to monthly now
