Paid a deposit of £50 for a contract but was declined the contract. £50 took anyway

Anyone had experience with this? I tried to get through to o2 but theres a 45 minute wait.

How would the bank be able to get the money faster when it's O2 that have the money.

O2 have to release it surely?
