Hi, how do I package and address my mobile phone for collection from the courier? They are bringing a replacement phone through my O2 insurance. I've had no emails from O2 and if they have sent texts then I cant access my damaged phone.

Many thanks

Kelstar

@Kelstar

The courier will bring packaging.

You just need to apply your name, address, account number and claim reference if you have one.

Note all that down on a piece of paper to add to the package.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
