Hello,

I am changing from Vodafone to O2, in which i want to keep my current number. Therefore, i have filled out the correct form, however it keeps sending me an error email.

I am unsure what to do, as i havent been able to speak with anyone on the phone.

Thank you to anyone that helps!

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

If you need to contact O2 then try any or all numbers in this guide.
