PUK code unavailable and i am an o2 customer

i have just put in my o2 number and its says it cannot give me my puk code as i'm not an o2 customer? but i am help

The website does occasionally throw up that error message for a certain range of numbers.

You will need to contact customer service in the morning either via webchat or telephone.
