Looking for some advice with PUFFL, did anyone on here purchase this deal? 

The tariff is now discontinued but what tariff did o2 move you onto and are currently on?

Having no luck with o2 Complaints team, and all the ombudsman has offer is £50 Compensation and a written apology from o2 but still no tariff change. Currently 200 mins, no texts or data and also unable to use Wi-Fi calling 😢

Yes @MI5, my grievance is that other customers that purchases the exact same deal are received unlimited calls/texts and some data. I just feel everyone should be treated the same
