Hi,

Looking for some advice with PUFFL, did anyone on here purchase this deal?

The tariff is now discontinued but what tariff did o2 move you onto and are currently on?

@Derek_Diamond

Have you considered suggesting to the O2 complaints' team what you would accept as being a reasonable settlement ? If you are fair in what you propose, they might settle with you to make the problem - in their eyes, that is you - go away !

Maybe you could make a suggestion along these lines via Resolver ?

Which is fair enough @Derek_Diamond although these tend to be considered on an individual basis, so it's possible that some customers, although on the same tariff, could have been making more chargeable calls and sending texts regularly, hence their level of compensation may be higher.

I don't know obviously and am only guessing at possible explanations.

Today I phoned 202 and had a conversation with Customer Services. The call lasted about 25 minutes between about 11:30am and 12:00pm. The reference I was given for the call was today's date (18112024). I explained that the email was saying "from April 2025, the cost of your airtime plan will increase by £1.80 a
month." The vital information given to me was that this was an automated email sent out and that I should ignore it as there would be no charge to my All Time PUFFL contract.

I am always somewhat concerned @Mr_Alan when CS tell someone what they want to hear. I suggest you keep a close eye on that ; please post again to let us know how things transpire. 👍
