Hi folks slight_smile

I am thinking of moving to Giff Gaff as they after more data on their goody Bags than O2 bundles.

How can I get my O2 PAYG top up rewards back when I switch? If I have less than £10 I can't get the usual vouchers. Can I donate it to a family member as credit, or will I have to use it as part payment for an accessory from an O2 shop?

Many thanks,

Adam

You can't transfer it or claim it back so an accessory is your best option. Or donate it by text to a charity.

You can only transfer PAYG credit (up to £350) if you switch to a contract, so use it or lose it !

Hi Jonsie 😀 I don't suppose you know if I can use them in an O2 store to use towards a top up voucher?

Thanks

See o2 help here which explains how to use them for credit.
