Previously when i topped up say £10/£15 i had a month free O2/02 calls etc and at the end of 30 days i has the balance of the top up avail to Use eg £7 (the £3 was used during the 30 days to non 02 numbers ) now once the 30 day deadline that balance has now become zero, the unused credit just dissapears. Anyone experiancing this.  I have been with 02 for 15+ years same no, originally a contract then onto a payg, thankyou

You will need to phone tomorrow best time between 8-8.30am. They did make changes to the tariff back in Oct 2014....but this was for new customers only. Or if you swapped you couldn't go back..

It shouldn't do unless you have changed tariff.
Look in your MyO2 to see what tariff you are on http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Hello thank you for responding. 02unlimited ? I just want to get back to where i was, i did receive a replacement sim a few weeks ago would that change the tarrif. I did google list of 02 payg tarrifs but that did not help. I will have a look throu the forums maybe someone else has this issue. Thank you

If you are still on o2 unlimited you should still get free o2 texts and 50mb of data plus you get to keep your top up, but the recent sim change may have changed something.
You can text the word LINK to 21300 to change to unlimited or call CS on 4445 to check with them.

You can text INTSIM to 21300 - it's the same tariff.
