PAC keeps failing

Hello,

I've taken a new sim only deal and entered the PAC code during the purchasing process.

The SIM arrived with the temp number and no info on when/if the number would be transferred.

Phoned 02 who suggested trying with a new PAC code - the first one had expired so requested a new one from old supplier BT, gave this to 02 yesterday. Since then, no communication from 02 despite being promised a text/email to confirm. I'm wondering if the second PAC code wasn't accepted or something?

Can anyone shed any light on this please? What should I do next?

Thanks,

Amy

It will be going through the verification process with BT(EE) and you should get a text with a date of migration, this will be Monday at the earliest.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to look into this for you.
