I want to cancel my contract and receive a PAC code for a new voxi contract. Can I do this online?

There's an easy way, just text the word PAC to 65075 and hand it over to your new provider when you receive it via text message.

Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

Do you have more than 1 number on your account?
If yes, then you will need to call customer services to ask for your PAC.
