Hi All,
firstly, I had a number on a account under my partners name I then proceed to take out a new phone with o2 and got a new sim with a new number. I am wanting to transfer my old number (from my partners account) to this new phone/number sim so I can cancel the old sim contract. I have rang o2 multiple times asked for transfer of ownership but no progress. This has been going on about 6 months @O2Emma
