Hello

I want to transfer my number to another network. I called to O2 hotline yesterday, but I didn't receive a code 😞 What is a different way to get a code ?

You need to speak to customer service on 202. Sorry but you'll have to call them back. Be very clear about wanting your PAC code.

Live chat can issue you a PAC if you are on monthly contract, but not if you are PAYG.
For PAYG you need to call 4445 and ask CS.

If you are contract you may have to insist live chat issue the PAC as they may well try to steer you to calling 202.
