I have text PAC to 65075 and received a message back saying they don't understand my enquiry.
I have called 202 but then got cut off.
Live chat said it was busy.
How can I obtain a PAC code?

looks like the service to generate it yourself is down , you would need to call cancellations to get the pac

I have texted and they say there is a problem.  Says you use My o2 but that does not seem to work.  There seems to be no way to leave this company - I have limited time to start my new SIM Activation.  Any ideas?

Numerous eople are having problems with this 'easy' way to get your PAC. I guess the system is overloaded with people fleeing O2

Numerous people are having problems with a lot of system related processes.

Makes you wonder how many peope are still employed in maintenance.

I know the forum used to go down after midnight for essential maintenance. This no longer happens.

No doubt it will creak to a halt at some point.
