How can I get a PAC code to allow me to transfer to another company? I have been told that I need to call O2 from my mobile and then use an automated menu etc to do this... the catch is I am deaf and cannot hear an automated menu let alone use it? I have no idea how I am supposed to speak to someone on a phone either - obviously a mobile isn't a Textphone for the deaf.
What necessary adjustments for those of us who are hard of hearing does O2 make to allow us to access the services they provide evenly? It would be nice to know so I could actually move services.
