Solved: PAC Code

How long does it take to get a PAC code? I tried to call on Monday but after waiting over half an hour tried live chat instead. Following lots of messages I eventually got put into the contract queue...40 mins later I eventually get answered. I request a PAC code and after O2 trying to better the new deal I have and failing I was told the PAC code would be texted to me. 5 days later still waiting and I want to order my new phone and cancel the contract with 02!
