What should I have done?  I was on holiday, so didn't want calls (to voicemail or anything, actually)  I was "off-line", but clearly not what O2 regarded as offline?

Tips appreciated.  I'm heading to the continent for 4 days on Friday - I want to avoid this happening again  . . .   :-}

There should be a complete breakdown of the overseas charges in my O2.

My charges for my last month in Thailand using TuGo and the 80p charges were for two international texts when I was in a bar and didn't realise wifi had gone belly up.

I have just come back from 2 weeks in Spain and using Wifi most of the time with the O2 travel bolt on my bill was £26+  (My sim only contract is £20 a month)
