I switched over my sim from SKY to O2 On the 1st April 2022, yet I’ve been charged in April for the usage in March (it was no extras but just the cost of the monthly contract). Does anybody know why?
I also signed up for an £8 a month contract but my bill is always £8.78 a month?

You pay a month in advance and your first bill is always higher due to a day or so of pro rata payment to align your monthly billing date.

The increase to £8.78 will be due to the annual Retail Price Index (RPI) @Camillamcnally

25th March was cut off for this year's price increase so nothing at all relevant.
