I've just spent over two hours on Facebook trying to get my sim cancelled only to be told I now have to ring up to do it. I no longer have access to a phone so cant ring.

Where can I complain about this clown show that is 02 customer service?

@cheesecake

If you are trying to cancel because of the price increases then you need to call..   Also all the ways to cancel are here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract  and o2 even say you can only cancel via phone or popping into an o2 store.

Ask a friend or neighbour to borrow a phone and call o2 or even pop into an o2 store..

The advice given by the person on the Social Media side is correct..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Then why  did they keep me on Facebook chat for nearly two hours? Why couldn't they tell me that in the first few minutes?

@cheesecake Obviously not a question we will be able to answer as customers.

Customer services can be a variable feast

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
