If my tariff is £20 a month why am I being charged £35?

It could be a number of things - have you used charge to mobile, have you just taken out a new contract (and so have 1 whole month and 1 part month to pay for), have you subscribed (or been conned by) premium SMS messages?

Check your bill @Aj9000 or call customer services to find out what the charges are for.

Why not look at your bill online, see what the extra £10 is for.  Could it be a loyalty discount has now expired?
