Outgoing calls

I'm unable to make outgoing calls it cuts straight off soon has i press the call button my bill is upto date and I have reset my phone and still does not work same has texts and Internet connection connection to WiFi works I've tried to phone 02bbut can not get through to anyone only a automated voice

Have done that thanks its the local airiel what's down what to get some money or something off my next bill has its mine and my wifes and been like it for a few days now

They will normally credit you back but getting to speak to someone is the hard part. Hope they fix the mast soon.

The mast has been fixed and I still have the same problem has before whats become really annoying now
