Hi. Been out of contract for over 12 months but paying full rate. My fault I know. Tried to call o2 on 150...if that's the correct number...no answer. Tried the app chat thingy...no good...nobody responded.
So here goes..
Looked at upgrade options via the app...emm really...prices are a bit of a laugh. On o2 website thet say they still have in stock the Galaxy note 20 ultra. Great. 50 quid a month is a bit steep for a model that has been superceded big time now.
So question is this..how do you contact O2 to say hey look is this the correct price for said phone. Also ask them is it cheaper to upgrade to this phone. And then finally how do I leave to jog along to the next operator that will do a long standing customer a good deal. Cant call anyone to even say I'm off toodleloo!!!
Cheers.

That is not the correct number is 202 or 0344 809 0202
O2 dont usually price match unless you are a high value customer, and they dont normally do deals either.
You need to contact the sales team you can message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
