Hi I ordered the iPhone 15 pro over a week ago and I picked Friday as the delivery date I got my tracking code but when I go into my o2 account it says that I haven’t ordered anything the upfront cost has been taken out of my bank account is this normal when setting up a monthly contract? The phone is clearly in stock as i have checked again on the shop and it says it is in stock pretty disappointed with the service so far
