Hi, so 2 days ago i have placed an order online selecting click&collect as it showed the phone can be collected anytime from the store. 2 days later i checked the status of the order and it says complete but i didn't get any email or text or anything to tell me what i'm supposed to do. As it is showing complete, should i go to the selected store and collect it?

@SHVDY - It will be only available to collect once you get the email from O2, as it said when placing your order.
If you haven't had an email to say it is ready yet, it is possible that your application has been referred for a credit and affordability check, which can take up to 5 days to complete.
Note if you don't collect your order after 7 days once you get the email, your order will be cancelled and any port you may have arranged will not go through.
Your best option is to speak to the sales team on 0800 081 0255, call after 8am any morning except Sunday or bank holiday when it is 9am. Good luck.
