Hi, i placed my order on Wed 26th June and was advised by email on Thu 27th June that the order was being shipped. I still haven't received the SIM and you have started billing me for it already. Furthermore, it now won't be here in time for my son to travel to Europe, so i will be paying extra to his current provider for roaming. Not a good start, O2.

Thanks for your reply, MI5 Perhaps it went missing with some postal ballots Or, more likely, a glitch with the order management system - i'm an existing customer moved over from Virgin and was adding an extra SIM only deal. I called the 03 support number and the [very] helpful chap has logged a replacement-SIM request which he thinks will likely arrive Monday 🤞

👍 To my surprise, the replacement SIM arrived an hour ago (Saturday midday) - talking to a human really does work ! Onwards and SIMwards ...
