Hi!
I ordered the iPhone 12 yesterday.
At the end of my order it took me to a page that said my order is processing, it may take up to 24 hours and this may delay the delivery of my order.

I’ve received all the emails with t&cs and pre-contract agreements etc. And an email to say my order has been placed ‘it’s full steam ahead at our end’

Has my order been successfully placed?
Am I awaiting dispatch or should I wait to see if my order has gone through?

Your order has been placed but maybe being credit checked. Also, there is a chance that the phone could be out of stock.

The best thing to do is give O2 a call. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

 Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Hi
I called and they advised that it had been passed for a credit referral.
Since then my o2 has updated the order and there’s a tick next to confirmed and it’s now being processed. Would you say that means it’s all gone through okay?

Yes it's gone through. You will get an email when its dispatched and you will be able to track your order via My O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order
