@KathC I've had a response on your query and the O2 Open runs for the duration of your device plan and as such will have an expiry date.
It's detailed in the terms and conditions but the relevant section is below.
1.4. The Offer is either:
1.4.1. 25% discount on Airtime Plans with 3GB or more of inclusive data per month for the duration of your Device Plan; or
1.4.2. 15% discount on Airtime Plans with less than 3GB of inclusive data per month for the duration of your Device Plan, when you purchase a Qualifying Contract (as defined in Section 4) (an “Airtime Discount”).
If you have any further questions please let me know.

So, the only way this would have been removed early is if @KathC has paid off their device plan?

@MI5 the terms say that "Airtime Discounts will remain in place for the duration of your Device Plan" so I think that would mean that if the device plan was ended so would the offer. I'll ask for clarification though just so we're clear for future reference.
