I am on O2.
I have never been able to send any text to O2 numbers. I can receive from them but cannot send to their numbers. No problems sending or receiving texts from other non O2 numbers.
I am trying desperately to send a text to 21500 an O2 number which I was asked to do by O2 but it keeps saying failed.
Have checked the message centre in network settings and it is correct

Check you haven't blocked premium numbers in your message settings.
Even though this us free to send to, your phone wouldn't know and would block it.

That is the same messaging centre I have. It did not work.

I have told O2 before I saw this message, the person could not think of what the problem might be.
