Hi

I need to access my bills from December 2012 as I am applying for my permanent residency here in the UK and I need to show 5 continuous years of getting bills

How can I access this through the site ?

O2 only allow you to go back 2 years I'm afraid.

The only possible way is to call customer service but I'm not sure they even keep them 5 years now.
