O2 to Third party pay monthly

2 months on my contract, I have an early settlement fee, I bought a new o2 contract, what do I do to keep number and unbroken service

You can migrate your old number across if it is still active

Just to add you will need to pay the early settlement fee in full before they let you move your number to the new contract, you can't add the fee to your next bill.
