Hi, my sim yesterday suddenly started to display no service intermittently at 13:00 then It became permanent. I took my phone to my local o2 shop and they replaced the sim at 20:00. I know they state it can take 24 hours but I’m still without a network. Can anyone help?

Yes, it does seem a lot.
Keep rebooting your phone to see if it finds the network, if not, you'll have to go back to the shop for them to check it's gone through OK or try live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Are you sure it was a faulty sim?
Check out help thread here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088
Particularly the network status link.

Other sims work in the phone. The shop said they they have about 10 customers a week with faulty sims. Seems excessive.

Are you certain that it’s only just a faulty mast in your area

Good evening @sajid23! Sorry to hear you didn't have service on your phone earlier. Did this get resolved or are you still waiting? Any luck with the above suggestions from our members?
