I have Upgraded through o2 refrsh but I have a couple of questions

Will my billing date be the same?
Do I need to cancel my DD for the old phone
After my bill payment for the old phone, will I have to pay anymore on that phone?

Good idea. It would certainly make the guide more complete. Even the official O2 info doesn't include it.

I know. Also sometimes wrong, as they still dont accept the first PAYG top up has to be by voucher.Evil
