Past few days been on phone , call being dropped after long wait , unable to reach customer service advisor. Chat is not working or at least I cannot access it.
Now I am being told item is out of stock so I have to cancel current order and re order again. So another credit check for no reason.
Very disappointed by quality of service.

Credit check was successful but now been told that item is out of stock . O2 did not bother sending me a simple email. I was supposed to pick up order after 2 days.

You should probably raise a complaint with regards the duplicate credit search. O2 can remove this from your credit report and too many searches in a short space of time does have an effect on your credit rating
