Any one else had problems with O2 taking money from your bank account by mistake?
We had nearly £700 withdrawn by them and are basically being fobbed off,was told refund was being returned yesterday.
Small claims court should probably do it.
Any advice?

This is a community forum made up of members like yourself. We have three COMMUNITY FORUM managers who are paid to look after the community. ie us lot, who are posting here.
Occasionally they are able to offer additional help to customers by checking information with O2 employed Gurus.
