Covered in the T&C's https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions

No service is 100& guaranteed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It depends on the fault and the issue, o2 wont give you a timescale for service to be restored, as there are lots of factors that impact restoration.

Also the t&c's dont guarantee a fault free network, in fact no mobile network does...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I’ve tried to change to wifi calling and I’m told to contact customer service. This has proven to be impossible.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
