So on the o2 open page when you hover over the list of excluded devices list it says that there are currently no devices excluded from the scheme yet when you click into the link it says the iphone 7 Plus is excluded from the scheme. @Toby are you able to advise which statement is correct please?
Cheers

You won't have to provide proof to get the code as the verification process now takes place after you have the code, which is the way it is controlled to stop anyone getting them they aren't entitled to.

Yes of course. Forgot that. You updated the O2 Open guide yet? (I would struggle to look as Wifi is currently taking a bit of buffering)

Live Chat gave me my compnay code and was extremely helpful as well.
The person I spoke to knew everything about the change, very knowledgable and knew the code i wanted.
However when I asked the same question last week on Live Chat they didnt know that the scheme had changed.
So I can only say that they were informed over the weekened. But its good to know that they are able to help and give the codes out.
When you have the code registration is a doddle and I was sent the email to my company in 3 mins and i registered straight away, so Im now Ready

^^^That^^^
I tried to use my work email, but our spam filter blocked it. I got an email from our automated IT filter to tell me i wouldn't be getting my email
So instead I uploaded a wage slip online and got an email to say it would be sorted out in 3 days.
