So on the o2 open page when you hover over the list of excluded devices list it says that there are currently no devices excluded from the scheme yet when you click into the link it says the iphone 7 Plus is excluded from the scheme. @Toby are you able to advise which statement is correct please?

Cheers

Just a update:

Went into the O2 store on Saturday who confirmed thew 7 plus was on O2 open, and this morning i managed to apply the O2 open discount successfully to my account. Once you get the company code its pretty straightforward. Registered my work email address, verified the address by clicking the link on the mail and applied discount to my account.

Once you have the info its very slick and better than the old way of applying the discount Good Idea

That's good to hear.
We just need all employers to make their codes known to their employees and everyone will be happy slight_smile

What about those of us who will miss out because our employees don't know the code

Just seen a post here where one NHS has it and passed on the details to their employees @Curr946

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/O2-Open-Employer-Code/m-p/1037482/highlight/tr...

Now if a HR dept in the NHS can get it...there is no excuse for others.. Put a request in writing to your employer...

Hi guys,

Some more info from me. As of Saturday 4th Feb 2017, the Apple iPhone 7 Plus became eligible for O2 Open. The excluded device list on o2.co.uk/open currently shows that the iPhone 7 Plus is excluded, but we’re working to get this corrected as soon as we can. The system that checks your eligibility once you’ve registered and been validated for O2 Open has definitely been updated however, and no longer excludes the iPhone 7 Plus. Hope that helps slight_smile
