Hi, can anyone tell me if an iPhone 14Pro with an eSIM should now be able to get O2 5G SA. I just had one installed and there is no toggle for it. Thanks

Are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly?  As only Pay Monthly has 5G SA

You need to make sure if on Pay Monthly and using an eSim that it is a 5G SA eSim

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

I’m on pay monthly and just had an O2 shop swap me to an eSIM this morning on my 14 pro. How do I tell what type it is? Thanks

eSIMs and O2 again. Surely every new SIM, whether eSIM or plastic should be SA compatible?

Last Christmas my O2 store didn't even know there was such a thing! I had to check the packet for them
