Hi, any chance I could get some help too? I just got a new eSIM for my iPhone 15 (all up to date, running ios18.5) and now the option for 5G SA is greyed out and says my SIM doesn't support it. The people at the store didn't even know what 5G SA was and contacting support through the myO2 app wasn't much help either.

Hey folks, 

Looking for some help regarding 5G SA.  According to two stores in Glasgow, 5G SA isn't available in Glasgow at all (even though the website clearly states that it is).  The person in one of the stores (when they finally checked Evolution) said I've definitely got a 5G NSA R15 eSim, but according to my phone (iPhone 16 Pro) the eSim isn't supported.

It's almost like the stores have no clue about 5G SA and it's as if I was speaking a foreign language to them. 

Any help in getting this activated would be amazing.

As pointed out above, best to see if @Dave-O2 can spare a few cycles to get you sorted, even assuming the 5G SA coverage on the website reflects reality in your part of Glasgow... Good luck!
