O2 keep fobbing me off over premium scam

Three phone calls to O2 over the last 3 days regarding premium rate
Text messages I have received without subscribing.
The rather unhelpful call center is about as much use as a kick in the face saying I'm going to call you back sir and never calling back

I'm starting to lose my patience with O2 right now.

How do I get my money returned?
How do I complain about o2's shocking customer service?

Isn't it funny that O2 are not returning my calls or email as yet.
I bet if I cancelled my Direct debit they would soon be chasing me screaming you owe us Money etc

Come on O2 sort my mess out before I am forced to take appropriate action.

Adam O2 CS has told me 3 time please don't worry we will sort this out for you. So that is what I expect to happen.

Because that is the correct path to get this resolved and they can act.

I understand the frustration but please spend the time it took to post your last post on here to file a formal complaint on phonepayplus, all the time spent on this community complaining about o2 and you would have had the complaint done with phonepayplus.

 

I hope you sort it but no need have a go as we are all customers like you

I'm not having a go at members fella I'm just explaining what O2 said
And i expect O2 to do what they promised me they would do and sort it out.
Do any O2 employees even post here?
I've complained to that regulator and I've logged a complaint to
O2 and if this does not get sorted ill just take my money elsewhere
And O2 can do one For the rest of their contract.

I can't stress enough how **bleep** O2 have dealt with this.

You had wanty reply who is a staff member look at the users signature and even @Anonymous agreed with the advice given.

Ok let the regulator do its job but note all the networks work the same way with this issue of premium rate sms / calls (scams / legitimate).

As for the contract that will destroy your credit file and not be good for you.
