leave simplicity for ordinary pay n go

how do I stop simplicity tariff aand go back to ordinary pay n go top up as I dont use all of my text and calls during one month so I'm wasting money:smileyhappy:

You need to give 30 days notice to cancel your tariff. I'm not certain if you could use what's left on your tariff to transfer to Pay & Go. You would also need to change your sim to a Pay & Go one and have your number swapped to the new sim.

Do they still do that @jonsie  ? I had completely forgotten as I am on contract Simplicity....

Depends how long the OP has had it....

If they are monthly contract then the advice by @Bambino holds good
