I can’t pay my bill the O2 payment I just says we are performing maintenance and therefore cannot process payments what is going on? Cause it’s been like this for five hours. My phone is gonna get restricted and I have no other way of paying

No, I can’t. My bank account does not support direct debits. It’s a basic account.

Have you tried the line this morning?

If it's still down then ring Payment Management as soon as they open

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
