Hi. I was able to add the O2 Travel (for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone) Bolt On for free, but then the description says "Costs £6.00 a day, when used". Does this mean I am able to use my phone in countries on the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone (e.g. USA) for free or do I have to pay £6 for every day that I use my phone when there? I couldn't get a straight answer from the live chat function about what exactly this means and where I can use my phone for free. Thanks.

O2 Travel is £6 per day.

O2 Travel Inclusive is an extra to that which allow free usage.

Travel Inclusive is only available if you have a Plus or Volt Account (o2 and Virgin Customer)

Check you Extras in My O2 to see which you have

Guide: Roaming MegaGuide

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Depends on the country.

Check here https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
