Hi there
I'm a bit confused over everything I'm reading about the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone. If I have the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Extra free as part of my tariff, does that mean that if I go to Canada I don't have to pay £4.99 a day to get the 120 minutes of calls?
Thank you!

With O2 Travel Inclusive you get
You’ll get a daily allowance of 120 minutes and 120 texts, and data, when you roam in our O2 Travel Inclusive Zone. There’s no cap on data, but we’ll manage traffic and may need to slow down speeds depending on usage, and all allowances are subject to our Fair Usage policy. Calls and texts to premium rate numbers and other special numbers are not included.
Canada is included

I have a similar query but I have 02 travel inclusive zone and 02 travel, do I need both? As the 02 travel is currently charging me £4.99 per day, but my understanding is the 02 travel inclusive zone is free. I am in working in the United Arab Emirates.

You can have both and the reevant bolt on will be applied depending on the country you are in.
UAE is not in the travel inclusive zone so you will be charged £4.99 per day for O2 Travel.
