My bill says that the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone

Expires at the end of 07 Dec '23

is this correct?
I thought it was a permanent feature of this plan?

What does it say in My O2 when you view your bolt ons?

Mine shows a start date but no end.

However, the breakdown on the bill shows it as a none chargable bolt on for just the billing period. I think you are looking at that

It's renewed monthly on your billing date.
