O2 Travel Inclusive Zone - Does it Include USA?

Can someone confirm

I am changing my contract and looking at the 30Gb & 150Gb 'Roam at no extra cost in 75 destinations, USA included'.

The link just casues confusion as it states travel inclusive zones, rather than roam at no extra cost! And has full bolt on at £6

Can someone confirm these are one and he same thing please
